Admin Settings

New Project Setting - Dual Role
A new project setting to allow for Dual Role Assignment. Dual Role is when the same user performs both retrieval and abstraction. If enabled, that user will stay assigned to the chase for both Retrieval, Intake, and Abstraction.

Bulk Actions

New Bulk Change - Copy over Chart
We now support the ability to bulk copy over charts from chases in different projects. From Bulk Change, under Bulk Action type, select Copy Charts to Chase and follow instructions.

New Bulk Change – Update Commitment Date
We now support the ability to bulk update chase Commitment Dates. From Bulk Change, under Bulk Action type, select Update Commitment Dates and follow instructions.

Bulk Upload – Add Tags to Documents
When performing a Bulk Upload, you can add one or many Document Tags.

Chase Query

View Chase Comments
"Create New View" custom view for the Chase Query Grid now supports Chase Comments. Once enabled, you can click “View Comments” to see a quick view of all comments for that chase. You will also be able to see all of the comments for a chase when clicking “Export All” from the chase query view.

Vendor Management

Vendor Chase Table
Expanding the vendor home pages to include a table containing all chases and relevant data points for a specific Vendor. You will be able to see the Chase ID, Address, Chase Status, Date Chase was Retrieved, Total Pages Attached to the Chase, Project, Invoice ID, Invoice Status, Cost, and Invoice Approval status.

Retrieval 

EMR and Field Tech Sites – Assign Multiple Users
For EMR and Field Tech sites, we now allow multiple users to be assigned to chases within an Address. This feature is extremely helpful when assigning high volume sites for EMR and Field tech retrieval. The chase table within an Address can be filtered down using a variety of parameters such as measure, status and tags, and then assigned accordingly.

Unsuccessful Calls – Additional Options
After unsuccessful calls, you can take certain notes to make future outreach more effective. Such as, including Call Type and Next Call Date. They are optional and will not be required. This information will display as a Timeline Event and in your Contact History.

Document Tags – via SFTP
Document Tags will be applied to documents provide via SFTP. This will help you clearly see which documents belong to which group when they land in intake.

View Chase Comments

PC304 Update
Owner and Severity have been disabled. 

Chase Status
Chase Status is now displayed on the Chart tab. You can clearly see if you are performing Data Entry (Abstraction/Coding) or Overread. 

Member Details – Reordered
In an effort to increase speed and readability, we have re-ordered the member details to make member validation easier.

In an effort to increase page visibility, you can now collapse and expand the top page banner by clicking the ‘carot’ icon. It defaults collapsed.

Overread Feedback Challenges – New Location
The Overread Feedback Challenges have been relocated from the Chase Assignment page to the Overread page.

Overread Feedback Challenges – Stat Update
The Overread Feedback Challenges will only show the Total Challenges that need to be reviewed. 

Overread Feedback Tool Updates
We have made some user experience updates to our Overread Feedback Tool that will help speed things up. The first row will default open. Users can click each row to expand or collapse their feedback. Once you review the feedback, the next row will automatically expand open for you. 

Overread Feedback Tool – Rule Update
When a user receives Overread Feedback, they must review all of it before they can work any chases from their queue. They will be prompted to "Please review your Overread Feedback". 

Measure Update – Screening Tool
The Screening Tool drop-down has been updated for the following measures: CDFA, CDFC, PDS, and DSF. All dropdowns will also include the option “No Screening Tool Found”. 

 

Analytics

Call Count Detail Report
Two special handling columns (Yes/No and Special Handling Type) have been added to provide insight into which Addresses have been flagged as requiring Special Handling. This allows a user to filter to these specific cases for fast and targeted resolution.

Chase Status Underlying Report
Two special handling columns (Yes/No and Special Handling Type) have been added to provide insight into which Addresses have been flagged as requiring Special Handling. This allows a user to filter to these specific cases for fast and targeted resolution.

 

Top 50 AID’s with Open Chases Report
We have added both Retrieval Notes and Call Counts by Call Types to this report. This will allow a user to easily see which AIDs may have blockers and require escalation via their retrieval teams. Call Counts provide a measurement of effort for outreach.
