New Functionality

• Optimized Design
  Various usability improvements to enhance the overall platform experience, including improved read action visibility and a more cohesive design throughout.

• EVE Risk Confidence Score Report 
  Gain comprehensive insights into how Reveleer's AI-assisted risk coding is helping coders be more productive. Productivity insights include project-level EVE-coder Match Rates, and a full breakdown of all the Chases, ICD-10 codes, HCCs, and Dates of Service that coders validated alongside the pre-validations performed by EVE. The report also provides benchmark EVE-Coder Match rates for additional perspective on how AI-assisted coding is increasing efficiency across all projects.

• Support for CDPS Model in Medicaid Projects
  Medicaid projects just got supercharged! Reveleer's new CDPS model for Medicaid streamlines categorization within the platform. The CDPS model relies on Category labels instead of HCC labels. When the model is applied, anytime an ICD code matches a diagnosis category, the category acronym will automatically be added as a prefix to the matching ICD Code.

• EVE icon displays in Encounters dropdown
  The EVE icon now appears in the “Encounters” dropdown, so you can quickly identify all of the diagnoses where EVE has provided analysis -- EVE has you covered!

• "User Type" Configuration Field
  A new “User Type” field has been added to User Settings to help streamline operational reporting. You can now easily report on user productivity, payroll, and quality. This is a required field.

• Co-Retrieval Filter for Address Lists
  A new filter allows you to quickly identify addresses based on ownership, so you can focus your time on doing the work instead of finding it!

• Pended Status Added to Addresses
  The new address pend status provides the ability to filter out addresses that only contain pends, so you can focus your retrieval efforts on actionable tasks.

Updated Functionality

• Risk Analytics Retrieval Summary Dashboard
  Reveleer’s Risk Analytics Retrieval Summary Dashboard has been updated with improved retrieval insights.

• HSI Report v2 - Now with New Views!
  Reveleer’s HSI Report just got better with the addition of two new views: 1. stack rank members based on declined risk scores, and 2. list all members without claims.

• Address Upload List Usability Improvements
  The upload list on the retrieval address page has some exciting new functionality, including more columns of data with filtering as well as the ability to create and save custom views.

• Special Handling Reason Additions & Subtractions
  Reveleer’s special handling categorization now offers greater flexibility. The existing “CIOX” option has been removed. Now available: “Large Site” and “Hospital Corporation of America (HCA)”.
  Note: all historical usages of CIOX have already been automatically updated to Managed Vendor as part of this change.
