For Member Centric Projects, all chases for that member will be counted as 1 assignment
Users
UPDATE: User Organization Attribute
The user Organization attribute will now be a required field for all users. The attribute will appear as a drop-down menu when creating or editing a user and the possible values are Reveleer or Client. Client users will only be able to create new client users. This attribute will determine which users can be assigned which chases for pend resolution as well as retrieval if applicable.

UPDATE: Manual Chase Creation
We have removed the Provider Specialty requirement for HEDIS manual chase creation.
UPDATE: Member Centric, Tabbing actions
When the user clicks the measure tabs, the document page number the user is on will maintain. It will not reset to page 1 when clicking between tabs.
UPDATE: Label Update
When a chart is submitted for NLP to run, it displays by "Service Workflow" on Chase Comments and Timeline Tab. We have replaced ‘Service Workflow’ to display ‘Automated Workflow’ to make it more clear to our users when a workflow is automated by the system.
Retrieval
UPDATE: Label Update
When an address is flagged for Special Handling, it was adding a timeline event with the label ‘Special Handling Tag’. To better clarify the timeline event, we have updated the label to read ‘Special Handling Flag’.
UPDATE: Risk/IVA Provider Packet
We have made some changes to our Risk and IVA Provider Packets.
- Updated Instruction Sheet Headers
- Measure = Request
- Measure Description = Request Description
- For all requests that include chases from multiple projects, request for first project will appear in its entirety before the next project's request.
- Instruction sheet will appear before member pull list regardless of project

UPDATE: Document Prescreen
We have made some updates to the Prescreen workflow:
- When a parent chase is submitted in 'prescreen' workflow, the following will happen:
- if one or more DOS / provider signature is missing, a Date of Service Pursuit will be created, and the parent chase goes to next status
- When a pursuit chase is submitted in 'prescreen' workflow, the following will happen:
- if one or more DOS is present, pursuit moves to next status
Pend Codes
UPDATE: Retired Pend Codes
Reveleer is retiring 20 pend codes. These are pend codes that Reveleer deemed to be obsolete. Obsolete meaning that the pend was not used, or a module in the platform has replaced its need (such as invoicing or co-retrieval). They will not be available in the platform for selection.
We will not remove any pend codes that have already been applied to chases or are part of an existing report.

Bulk
UPDATE: Bulk Change > Activate Chases
When Bulk Activating chases, we have removed the ‘Select a Status’ dropdown as chases will always go to an ‘Unscheduled’ status after activation.

This dashboard provides executives and program mangers a view of first in HCCs and approximate dollar values for the HCC and sources.
NEW: Risk - Historical Status Indicators
This report assists a manager or technical user in understanding declines in RAF scores, open suspected condition requiring action and member visit tracking.

NEW: Risk - Persistency Report
The Persistency Report summarizes categories of HCC data for reported chronic conditions that should be reported annually. The report identifies whether there is a lack of persistence in HCC reporting for chronic conditions (for instance - traditional timing issues of encounters for members not being managed by their primary care provider).

UPDATE: IVA – Pursuit Prioritization Report
Formerly known as the IVA ATT Pursuit Prioritization report, this report now provides pursuit information for ATT, DOB, and GEN pursuits so a program manager can effectively manage different types of pursuits.
