Clinical
NEW: Compliance Flag
Compliance Flag can be provided on your Load File, as well as during Admin Refresh. This flag lets Abstractors know when specific Events are already Admin or Supplemental Compliant, even if there is no Data to support it.
- Admin Flags we will display *FLAGGED ADMIN COMPLIANT* after event description for Measures: CDC, CBP, PPC, CCS, TRC, WWC, CIS, LSC, IMA, COL, COA
- For Supplemental Flags we will display *FLAGGED SUPPLEMENTAL COMPLIANT* after event description for Measures: CDC, CBP, PPC, CCS, TRC, WWC, CIS, LSC, IMA, COL, COA
- The compliant flag will be indicated on the Gap Compliance table at the bottom of the screen. This is a visual indicator for which events should be reviewed or not.
UPDATE: Audit Query
Multiple users have the ability to generate different audit packages for the same project.
NEW: Audit Log – Omission Codes
The clinical Audit Log for Risk and IVA chases will now display the Omission Codes.
Retrieval
UPDATE: Assigned To
When multiple users are assigned to a site for retrieval, all users will appear in 'Assigned To' column for Field Tech scheduling and EMR sites.

Co-Retrieval
NEW: Co-Retrieval Manual Assignment
When manually assigning chases, the user list will only show users with the associated ‘retriever’ type.
- When assigning a site where open chases are all 'Reveleer' as the retriever, only users who have 'Reveleer' as their organization attribute appear
- When assigning a site where open chases are all 'client' as the retriever, only users who have 'client' as their organization attribute appear
- When assigning a site where open chases are a combination of Reveleer and client as the retriever, users from Reveleer and client appear in drop down
UPDATE: Co-Retrieval Custom Tables
‘Assigned to’ column is now available for Call Center and 3rd Party custom views.
NEW: Create New Chase – Add Retriever
You can determine who is responsible for retrieving a new chase upon creation. This will be accessible on Step 3, when defining the Provider Address.
UPDATE: Co-Retrieval Addresses
If an address has a combination of Client and Reveleer chases, the user will only see the chases that match the organization attribute of that user.

NEW: Line of Business
A Line of Business dropdown filter has been added under the "Products" tab

Group Name is now available as a custom table field
NEW: My Queries
You can now save your Chase Queries. They can be accessed from a new page called My Queries. Once a query is saved, it can be modified and/or deleted. Admins can additionally share the query with their team.
