Retrieval

NEW: Support Multiple Contacts at AIDs

Multiple contacts can now be loaded into an address if desired. A contact is defined by a unique phone number, and each phone number can have a different name, email and fax number associated to it. If the data load contains multiple phone numbers with the same address, the contact names associated with each phone number will appear as a drop down. If no contact name is available, it will appear as ‘Contact 1’, ‘Contact 2’ etc. In order for a request to be sent, one of the contacts must be set as the ‘Primary Contact’. This is the contact that will receive the request. All existing contacts will be automatically set as the primary contact for their address.

NEW: “Move Provider” functionality to improve chase move process

The chase move process has been streamlined by allowing users to move all chases associated to a provider in a single action, as well as bypass the chase move approval process. When performing a provider move (or chase move) the user will be prompted to enter the new address, new contact information, and new retrieval method which will allow the chases or provider to be automatically moved to the new address without requiring manager approval.

UPDATE: EMR field in address information has been changed from free text to a drop down.

If the desired value is not available, user can select ‘Other’ which allows them to enter the value in free text. Existing values in free text field will be automatically mapped to new values when possible.

Provider Gateway

NEW: New Pursuit Request Page

A new page has been added to provider packets specifically for requesting pursuits. If no pursuits are included in a request, there will be no changes to the existing provider packet. For document request pursuits, each document that is requested will appear in its own row with the appropriate description and time frame. If the pursuit is for a specific date of service, the description will appear as ‘all available documents’ with the specific date(s) of service listed. If the pursuit type is DOB/GEN it will appear with a description of ‘member demographics’. If the pursuit is an attestation, the description will appear as ‘provider signature’

NEW: System Generated Attestations

When a request includes an attestation, the attestation form will now be automatically populated with the member and provider names as well as the specific dates of service for the associated chase.

UPDATE: Provider packet has been updated with a bold footer to improve visibility for providers as well as the intake team

UPDATE: Pursuit details will now be displayed in the timeline of the parent chase as well as the comments of the pursuit. This will help to increase visibility for retrieval users as they are requesting pursuits from a provider. Simply clicking ‘comments’ in the chase grid will open the comments window and display the contents of the given pursuit.
