As the cold winter months begin to settle in, Reveleer invites you to warm up with some new innovative features and other useful enhancements that are sure to make your platform experience more welcoming and productive this holiday season.
Data Load
Update! SFTP Data Load Enhancements
Reveleer is pleased to announce two exciting enhancements to the recently launched SFTP Data Load feature. First, streamline work and boost your efficiency by including multiple projects within a single ZIP folder. Secondly, the “fromreveleer” destination folder now includes auto-generated subdirectories partitioned by upload date, simplifying the tracking and management of historical uploads.
Update! Automatically Associate Chases with Third-party Vendors
When both Chart Action and Vendor is populated in the data load file, the vendor will now be automatically associated with the AID generated by the Reveleer system. A series of new instructional messages will be triggered for the following scenarios:
- Warning: The AID already exists with a retrieval type of EMR. It cannot be changed from EMR during data load.
- Warning: The AID already exists with a retrieval type of 3rd party but with a different vendor. It cannot be changed during data load.
- Error: Different chases within the same AID have conflicting vendors. All chases within an AID must have the same vendor.
Retrieval
New! Automated Outreach Packets
Reveleer now supports system-driven distribution of provider packets for verified addresses with a retrieval type of Provider Service Representative (PSR). Say goodbye to manually sending packets to already verified addresses. The provider packet will now be dispatched through the preferred contact method, falling back to email and then fax if necessary.

Update! Provider Search Enhancements
The provider search feature has been improved in response to customer feedback. New filters have been added to the provider search, offering granular search capability for more precise results. You can now drill down using more specific filter criteria, including NPI, Name, Specialty, Address, State, Zip and more!

New! AAP Measure for HEDIS MY2023 (Quality)
Introducing a new addition to the Reveleer Platform measures offered for HEDIS MY2023 – the “Adult’s Access to Preventive / Ambulatory Health Services (AAP)”. The AAP measure assesses the percentage of members aged 20 years and older who had an ambulatory or preventive care visit.
Update! Dx Review Mode v2.1 (Risk)
It's time to experience the next iteration of the Dx Review Mode screens. The latest UI now includes the ability to add brand new ICD codes directly onto the individual HCC cards. This refinement is designed to boost the probability of EVE coder match rates, increasing the overall efficiency and accuracy of the coding process.

New! “Chase & Pend Count” Report
Introducing the “Chase & Pend Count” report, a newly added feature that simplifies your workflow by offering a centralized view to quickly understand the total volume and current statuses of chases and pends. This streamlined functionality eliminates the need for multiple tools, providing an efficient and user-friendly solution for managing your workload.
Update! “Chase Tags" Added to Risk Reports and Dashboards
A new “Chase Tags” column is now included in the “Risk Diagnosis Data” report, and it also serves as a filter across various risk reports, enhancing analysis capabilities. Enriched reports and dashboards include “Clinical Summary”, “Pends Summary”, “Risk Overview” and others. This simple, but powerful, data update streamlines the identification and tracking of relevant data in these reports.
Update! "Coder Productivity" Report Enhancements
Discover the latest enhancement in the “Coder Productivity” report – the introduction of date filters! This valuable functionality provides you with the flexibility to tailor the report for any specified timeframe, offering a more focused and insightful analysis of coder productivity, so you can make more informed decisions.
