Update! SFTP Ingestion Now Supports Additional File Formats
Lighten your load and cut out the extra step of compressing files when uploading multiple projects into the Reveleer platform. The enhanced SFTP data load feature now supports uploads from folders of individual .txt files, in addition to the ZIP folder upload option announced last month.

Update! Configuration of Suspecting for V28 Model PY2024
Reveleer reaffirms its commitment to compliance and accuracy with updated system configurations that support the V28 model for payment year 2024. New configurations include updates to diagnosis and durable medical equipment codes, mappings and coefficient values. This update also enables V28 year-over-year (YOY) diagnosis crosswalks for a more complete historical analysis of patient health over time.

Update! MY2024 Prospective Quality Enhancements
In preparation for the upcoming prospective season, the Reveleer platform now supports project creation for Measurement Year (MY) 2024. Exclusion options have also been amended according to NCQA requirements for the Eye Exam for Patients with Diabetes and Cervical Cancer Screening measures.

Update! HEDIS Overview Dashboard
Reveleer is pleased to reveal the new and improved HEDIS Overview dashboard, featuring expanded view options designed to deepen your understanding of quality measure performance trends.
The enhanced dashboard supports two new views that enable more detailed quality metrics reporting. “Clinical Statistics by Health Plan” offers a high-level view of clinical status for each plan, while “Pend Statistics by Health Plan” provides a breakdown of pending task status by health plan at a glance.
The dashboard now also includes Data Load Statistics. Upgrade your timeline and progress tracking process with a chronological snapshot of “Full Load”, “Incremental Load” and “Manually Created” chases.
Update! “Clinical Productivity and Accuracy Overall” Report Enhancements
The latest enhancement to the “Clinical Productivity and Accuracy Overall” Report features insights into pend activity for a more nuanced and accurate analysis of coder productivity. View pends created and pends updated by each coder to gain a deeper understanding of coder workload and efficiency.
Update! “Document Ingestion Report” Now Includes Original Document Folder
Reconcile ingestion more efficiently with the enhanced “Document Ingestion Report.” The report now includes a link to the original document folder for any electronically retrieved record, enabling quick and easy verification and a more comprehensive audit trail.
