Retrieval 

UPDATE: Label Update for Contact Type 

Under Contact Type, Weekly Statements were displaying as ‘Provider Aging Statement’ which was causing some confusion. The Contact Type will now display as “Weekly Email Statement” and “Weekly Fax Statement”. We’ve also added the ability to filter Contact Type by Email or Fax Statements.

UPDATE: Special Handling 

We have made some enhancements to Special Handling that will benefit both Managers and Employees: 

  • Special Handing Reason displays on the Special Handling table 
  • Special Handling Reasons can be Filtered  
  • Special Handling flag has been added to the Basic table view on the Address Assignment page 
  • Special Handling is indicated as Y or N in export file 
  • Special Handling Reason is available as a custom field for the following pages: Call Center Rep, 3rd Party Copy Center, Field Tech, EMR, Address Assignment, and My Work

NEW: Pend Code 

New Retrieval Pend Code, PC132: 3rd Party Approval After Denial. This is to be used when a 3rd party chase was initially denied but then later approved.

Clinical 

UPDATE: Admin and Supplemental Compliance Flag Was released as a fix on 2/23  

 Updates to Compliance Flag scoring: 

 

Previous Scoring Hierarchy

  1. Compliance Flag (Admin or SM)

New Scoring Hierarchy 

  1. C/ADMIN based on Administrative Data OR Admin Compliance Flag 
  2. C/MR based on Administrative Data + Medical Record Data 
  3. C/SM based on Administrative Data + Medical Record Data + Supplemental Data OR SM Compliance Flag 

 

Note: For Blood Pressure Test and Hemoglobin A1C TestIf there is later Date event available in the medical chart than the administrative event, it will be scored C/MR. 

 

UPDATE: Measure Year 2022 

All the measures are available to create project for Measurement Year 2022. CDC is retiring in MY 2022 instead three new measures are available for MY 2022: 

 

  1. BPD (Blood Pressure Control for Patients with Diabetes): Members 18-75 years of age during MY. 

No changes in the rules from MY 2021 except exclusions: 

Exclusions (Available if the numerator is compliant or non-compliant) 

  1. Not age 18 - 75 in MY  

  1. Hospice service or benefit used in MY   

  1. Documented medical record evidence of no diabetic diagnosis in MY or MY-1  

  1. Member received palliative care during MY  

  1. Steroid induced diabetes with no dx diabetes in MY or MY-1  

  1. Gestational diabetes with no dx diabetes in MY or MY-1  

  1. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome PCOS with no dx diabetes in MY or MY-1  

 

  1. EED (Eye Exam for Patients with Diabetes)Members 18-75 years of age during MY. 

No changes in the rules from MY 2021 except rewording and deleting the exclusion:

Numerator ACP (Advanced Care Planning) is not required for MY2022To support two measurement years (2021 & 2022), the verbiage has been modified to it is “Not Required” for MY2022NRC and Gap compliance are N/A for MY2022  

 

UPDATE: Risk Data Entry - Automatic Page Jump 

We have received feedback that users would like the automatic page jump to be removed from the tables on the Risk and IVA data entry screens. Instead of removing it completely, you can now click the page number to ‘jump to that page. Clicking the row will no longer ‘jump’ to that page.

NEW: Risk/IVA – ICD ‘Look up’ 

Users can now look up ICDs from within the data entry screen. After entering a minimum of 2 characters, all relevant diagnoses will populate. You can tab and select the diagnosis using your keyboard.

UPDATE: Risk/IVA Data Entry  Page Size 

For both the Encounter and Diagnosis tables, users can select how many rows they want to see at once. Choose between 10, 25, 50, or 100.

UPDATE: Risk/IVA Data Entry –BOT MATCH or BOT NO MATCH 

When the chart goes through NLP, BOT either finds the Admin DOS or does not find Admin DOS.

Document QA 

NEW: Identify CCD Files 

Occasionally there are continuity of care documents (CCDs) found within records ingested into Reveleer. These records must be stopped upon ingestion so that they are not assigned to an abstractor for data entry. When Reveleer OCR identifies a chase that contains a continuity of care document, the pages will automatically be routed to Document QA and the document will have a system tag labeled 'CCD Found'. 

 

Bulk Actions 

UPDATE: Bulk Chase Move 

Removed Dataload as an option for Chase Moves as it is not currently supported. 

 

Vendors 

UPDATE: Group Name  

Group Name is now available on the Vendor address table. You can also add it to the Chase table using the Custom View tool.

Data Load 

UPDATE: New Validation  

Cannot have a combination of Admin and Supplemental attributes for the same data load event. 

 

Analytics 

NEW: HEDIS - Date of Birth Discrepancy Report 

New Date of Birth Discrepancy Report is added to enable users to track inaccurate data from the medical records versus enrollment files so that clients are empowered to better maintain their systems of records of enrollment.

UPDATE: Dashboard and Report UI / UX Updates 

Dashboards and Reports colors and table sizing have been updated across the analytics section for more consistent branding and enhanced usability. 

 

UPDATE: Call Count Detail Report 

Co Retrieval Owner column is now available on report to provide segmentation between chase-level ownership between Reveleer and Client. 

 

UPDATE: Select Today Only 

Ability added in calendar date pickers to filter reports to include Today’s data by selecting To Date = Tomorrow to track data for today. 

 

UPDATE: Chase Status Underlying Report 

Added Organization Name, Provider Verified, and Retrieval Type Name fields to assist in better retrieval workflows.

Removed the Table pagination from the page as it was not needed. 

 

Chase Creation 

We have disabled the Create Chase button after clicking to ensure no duplicate chases are created.
