UPDATE: Project Setting Removed
Under Projects > Data Extract > Setting for “Data Extract Transfer: Enable FTP" has been removed.

Under Projects > Project Settings > Setting for “Annotations" has been removed. The highlight tool will be available in the Reveleer Platform at all times.

Document Intake
NEW: Prevent Duplicate Invoices
When a Document is Routed thru Intake, we have a new validation that identifies if an invoice already exists for that chase.
NEW: Search Confirmation # and AID
Users can query documents in intake using the Provider Gateway Confirmation Number as well as AID. The AID and Confirmation # will also appear as new columns on the Document Intake table.
NEW: New Page - Processing
New tab for Document Intake called Processing. These are all the documents that have been ingested into the Reveleer Platform but are currently being processed. Users can query documents in Processing by using the Provider Gateway Confirmation Number as well as AID.
Please Note: You will not be able to view the documents until processing has completed.

UPDATE: Measure Updates – IMA
1. Added new field: Vaccine Type for all three Vaccines

Risk/IVA
NEW: HCC Health Card
The HCC Health Card is an accumulation of all member chases combined within the Project for viewing which HCCs have or have not been substantiated from your claim load file. You can also see any Net New HCC Diagnosis that were not provided on claims. Expand each row to view Diagnosis information.
The follow HCC models are supported and will only show ICDs that are relevant to each HCC model:
- HCC Model for Medicare Advantage
- HCC Model for Commercial
The HCC will display the following statuses:
- Open: The diagnosis is part of a chase but has not been reviewed yet
- Substantiated: At least 1 diagnosis has been validated for that HCC
- Unsubstantiated: The diagnosis could not be validated for that HCC
UPDATE: DOS Pull List
When a request for IVA chases is printed or sent to a provider, it will now contain a list of all dates of service and ICD codes that are requested for the given Chase. Each chase will have its own DOS pull list generated which will be located after the instruction sheet and member pull list in the provider packet.
Audit Query
UPDATE: Non-Compliant Chase removal
If a chase becomes Non-Compliant in Overread while creating an Audit Package, it will be removed from Audit Query grid as well as from Audit Packet. The user will receive a warning when it is being removed. If the chase becomes “Compliant” again after manager’s review, it will reappear on the “Audit Query” grid to be included in “Audit Packet”.
Please Note:
- The job will run every hour to remove non-compliant chases.
- Audit Packages that have already been generated will not be affected.
Bulk Actions
UPDATE: Bulk Change Improvements
Most Bulk Changes were requiring users to click ‘Continue’ to see additional input fields. We have removed the ‘Continue’ button to eliminate the extra click.
Chart Lake
UPDATE: Multi-Select Matches
When reviewing your Chart Lake Matches, you can add multiple charts to your chases and move them directly to Data Entry.
