Product Release Notes - September 2023

Reveleer Platform

Wednesday, September 13, 2023

Welcome to the September edition of the Reveleer Product Release Notes, where the spirit of Labor Day meets our “Labor of Love” for innovation! This release embodies the steadfast dedication for improving the Reveleer Platform by ensuring that each enhancement is crafted with care and precision. Get ready for a bundle of exciting updates designed to make your labor even more loving.

New Functionality

Partial Data Loads
Reveleer now supports partial data loads for Quality and Risk projects. Chases that successfully pass validation will be accepted and made immediately available, while chases that fail validation will be returned with resubmission instructions. This simple, but important optimization, was specifically designed to streamline project kickoff and improve the overall usability of the data load process.

Manual Creation of Pursuits and Attestations
Experience newfound freedom with our latest enhancement! Now, users can effortlessly create DOS pursuits manually by using the "Create a Chase" feature available in the Chase Query page. This newly added functionality applies to retrieval only projects and provides Reveleer customers with advanced flexibility to generate pursuits as required.

Dx Review Coding Workflow
Reveleer’s Risk Adjustment offering now includes a streamlined Dx Review mode. During project creation, users can choose the existing “Encounter Review Mode” or opt for the new “Dx Review Mode”, which simplifies workflow by grouping all encounter dates by their corresponding HCC codes. This efficient new mode allows teams to verify HCC codes with just a single selection, so you can do more faster!

AIC9 Measure
Reveleer is excited to announce the expansion of measure offerings with the recent inclusion of Hemoglobin A1C Control for Patients with Diabetes (A1C9). This addition underscores our steadfast dedication to delivering the most modern abstraction solutions to empower you and your team.

Chase Move Report
Introducing a brand-new reporting dashboard designed to monitor the migration of chases from one address to another. This report provides essential details, such as: Original AID, Destination AID, Move Date, User responsible for the move, Chase Move Note, Current Pend Code, and Current Pend Status. Stay informed with comprehensive tracking at your fingertips.

New Pages Added Report
When new pages are added to a chart after its past clinical workflow, the chase is automatically moved back to the previous clinical workflow state (i.e. “Data Entry” or “Overread”). This new report captures these critical events, and other useful data points, including: Chase Compliance, Sample Compliance, Number of Pages Added, and much more. So, stay informed with these comprehensive insights!

EVE Coverage Report
In line with our unwavering commitment to promote data transparency and accuracy, Reveleer is pleased to introduce a new report for its Quality Customers. This report offers clear insights by measure into the total number of charts EVE reviewed compared to the number of charts where EVE found evidence.

Updated Functionality

Status Filters
You can now apply Address ID Status filters in various modules, including address assignment, the call center rep module, the field tech module, the EMR module, and the special handling module. This enhancement enables your team to efficiently track addresses in specific statuses, offering additional flexibility to focus on the statuses that matter most at any given time.

Special Handling Workflow Enhancements
The Special Handling workflow has been enhanced to promote teamwork and collaboration. Now, you have the option to include an "Additional Note" following the selection of a special handling reason. This optional note will be prominently displayed in the banner at the top of the page, and a corresponding event will be documented in the timeline for all create, update, and delete actions.
