New menu category and icon for EVE reports
UPDATE: Coder Productivity Report
Changed MRR Date, OR1 Date, and OR2 Date to be (UTC) Date Time fields. Users can now see granularity of when exactly chases are coded, overread, and overread 2.

NEW: Pend Permission
Manager and Employee Roles now have the option to add ‘Pends’ as a permission. If this permission is enabled, the user will have access to the Clinical and Retrieval Pends. Their names will be available in the ‘Assign To’ field when Changing Pend Ownership or Pend Assignment.

NEW: Address Pend Tab - Pend Actions
Users can select 1 or many Pends, and take the following actions: Change Pend Owner, Change Pend Status, and Leave a Note
UPDATE: Address Pend Tab – Field Updates
Two new fields have been added to the Pends table at an Address: Pend Owner and Retriever. Chase ID is now clickable.
UPDATE: Special Handling Reasons
The following Special Handling Reasons have been removed: Communicate via Fax Only, Provider Pull List to be Mailed, Chart Payment Required, ‘Special Contact Hours, see Comments’, Athena, MOXE
The following Special Handling Reason has been added: Managed Vendor

UPDATE: Processing Tab
The following improvements have been made to improve user experience:
- Removed: Assign button
- Removed columns: Assigned to, Last Updated By, and Tags.
- On page refresh, user will remain on Processing tab

UPDATE: Add New Encounter or Diagnosis
The following UI/UX updates have been made to the Add New Encounter/Diagnosis button
- Users will see the options on hover
- Hover state added to tooltip
- Placement of Plus icon matches margins
UPDATE: Coder Added Encounter Card Clean Up
Removed Valid Encounter Dropdown, and Claim ID fields as these were not relevant to coder added Encounters.
UPDATE: Thumbnail Jumping
Improvements for thumbnail interactions. Users should no longer experience thumbnails ‘jumping around’.
UPDATE: Diagnosis Evidence Filters
When on a Diagnosis, users can click the No Evidence filter to see all pages that do not contain diagnosis evidence. This option can be used in combination with the other Diagnosis filters.
UPDATE: VRC Mismatch Alerts
Users will receive a VRC mismatch error message if the following VRC codes 11, 51, 104, 107, 108, or 109 are used on a diagnosis for a specific DOS, then that same VRC must be present on all diagnoses for that same DOS.
UPDATE: Risk 2.0 with EVE disabled
When EVE is disabled, the following will not display:
- EVE icons
- Member Filters, Encounter Filters, Diagnosis Filters
- Thumbnail Labels
UPDATE: DOB/Gen Pursuit and Encounter Pursuit
- DOB/ Gen Pursuit will be generated if DOB or Gender is missing and pursuit will be generated after overread.
- Encounter Pursuit will be generated if encounter found = No and chase is submitted from Overread
NEW: Data Source on Submit Tab
Users can now see the data source for all Encounters and Diagnoses when on the Submit tab
- For Encounters: Admin Encounter, EVE Encounter, or Coder Encounter
- For Diagnosis: Admin Dx, EVE Dx, or Coder Dx
NEW: VRC display on closed Dx cards
Users can now see all VRCs associated with a Diagnosis, without having to click on the diagnosis card.

UPDATE: Encounters without Diagnosis
Admin Encounters with no diagnosis codes /mappable HCC will no longer show on the data entry screen. If the DOS is found in the Medical record, coder can add new Encounter along with appropriate ICD Codes.
UPDATE: All Encounters will default to ENC “N” and Specific Services found in Document (ENC)? “No”
When the chase appears on the Data Entry screen for the first time, all Admin Encounters will have:
- ENC value “N” and
- Specific Services found in Document (ENC)? “No”
- The coder is able to change the Specific Services found in Document (ENC)? “Yes” when the DOS is confirmed in medical chart. It will set ENC - “Y” automatically on the data entry screen.
- If none of the DOS is confirmed in the Data Entry by the coder, it will display below message
Chart Lake
UPDATE: Chart Match Sub-Table Results
The following fields have been added to chart lake matches: AID, Group Name, Measurement Year, DOS.
Results will appear in the following order: Chase ID, Measure, Project, AID, Group Name, Measurement Year, DOS, Pages, Chart Acquired, Provider
NEW: Multi-Select Chases
Users can multi-select chases to copy charts from and move to data entry.
UPDATE: Member File Updates
- If a chase is Inactive or Archived, the following will be disabled: Pend Chase, Assign Chase, and Unassign Chase
- Project Status is available as a custom view option
