Reveleer Platform

Thursday, October 19, 2023

Get ready to be spellbound by the October release! Just in time for Halloween, Reveleer has brewed up some enchanting updates that will make your platform experience positively bewitching. From spooky bug fixes to new feature enhancements that are a real treat, this release is sure to cast a spell on you.

Data Load

New! Partial Data Load Files
Reveleer is excited to introduce new files designed to simplify error handling after completing a partial data load. After upload, you'll now receive the original upload file back, which includes only the chases that encountered errors. This targeted approach allows you to swiftly address issues and adopt an incremental load strategy, providing you with greater control and workflow efficiency.

New! SFTP Data Load
For customers managing multiple projects simultaneously, there's an exciting update: you now have the option to utilize SFTP for loading chases directly into the Reveleer system. This enhancement empowers you to perform bulk data loads effortlessly across numerous projects. If you would like to enable SFTP data loads for your organization, get in touch with your friendly Customer Success Manager.

Please note: the above item was withheld from the October release. Customer satisfaction and software quality remain top priorities.

New! Auto-Pend Data Load Tagged with “HCA Chase”
Chases tagged for HCA will now be automatically pended during data load, allowing you to promptly escalate them to HCA. This applies to chases with either of the following two tags: “HCA” or “CIOX_HCA“, which will be pended with “PC134 - HCA Hospital Agreement Requested” at load. Furthermore, the addresses associated to these chases will have their special handling reason set to “SH_HCA”, superseding any other special handling assignments.

Retrieval

New! Manual Address Verification
You now have the capability to manually verify critical address details, such as providers and contact information. Each verification is cumulative, providing your organization with a clear indication of the overall verification status of each address. These verifications will persist, so you can track verification status and make informed decisions when managing individual addresses.

New! Ability to Track External Outreach
You now have the ability to record any external outreach event related to chases and addresses directly within the platform. This feature simplifies the process of tracking external interactions, providing you with a clear record of outreach history. This new streamlined approach ensures you can easily identify prior outreach efforts and generate reports for improved communication management all within the platform.

Clinical

New! Manual IVA Chase Creation
Customers can now initiate the creation of new IVA chases, similar to how it's done for Risk and Quality projects. This feature comes in handy when additional documents are received after a data load, allowing users to generate new chases for members with newly identified HCCs directly within the platform.

Update! Dx Review Mode Provider Look Up Functionality
Reveleer’s latest Risk Adjustment mode, Dx Review, brings expanded capabilities to Provider fields. You can now easily edit or add providers to associated dates of service using the platform's existing provider search functionality, enhancing flexibility and efficiency in managing provider data.

Update! HCC Risk 2.0 Admin Encounters Visibility
HCC Risk 2.0 Projects will now automatically suppress admin encounters when none of the diagnoses match any HCC code. Suppressed encounters will no longer be visible on the data entry “Encounters” or “Submit” views. This refinement was designed to reduce the clutter, so your team can maintain a streamlined and focused workflow.

Update! Configure Audit Output Highlight Visibility
In the latest update, Reveleer introduces a streamlined way to manage your highlights. You now have the flexibility to edit or delete coder-generated highlights directly from the Audit Module. Making adjustments is a breeze; just fine-tune the highlights as you see fit, hit save, and watch your changes seamlessly propagate to your data entry screens.
