New! Voyager Agent Info Adds Historical Tracking Feature
The agent info pane on the Voyager platform has been upgraded to include comprehensive agent history. Users can now click “View All” for instant access to a complete historical record of agents assigned to a particular member. Track agent changes throughout the Medicare Advantage enrollment process and PBP (Plan Benefit Package) updates to maintain data integrity and prevent discrepancies in financial reporting.
New! Streamlined OEV with Auto-Selected Due Dates
Reveleer is excited to announce a new feature that simplifies Outbound Enrollment Verification (OEV) for Medicare Advantage (MA) plans. Now, the system will automatically select the latest allowable due date for OEVs, based on CMS guidelines. CMS states that the verification due date should be set to the latest of three options - the last day of the month in which the enrollment was submitted, seven days from the date of an OEV letter or call, or December 31st of the enrollment period year for Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) submissions. Adhere to CMS guidance for setting OEV due dates with the maximum allowable time for verifying enrollment details and ensure beneficiaries are enrolled in the right MA plan for their needs.
