Provider Gateway
URL Update
Remove the slash between Provider and Gateway. It will display as Platform.Reveleer.com/ProviderGateway.

Update Provider
You can now update the Provider for HEDIS chases.
Record Request Note
When a clinical user ‘Request additional documentation’, the note written by that clinician will show on the Chase info tab.
GetNext Logic Update
We have made a tweak to our GetNext logic. We used to look at the oldest date a chase was loaded. Instead, we will look at the oldest date a medical record was attached. First in – First out!
New IVA Validation Rule
If a user tries to submit from OR1 with provider as ‘Unknown’ we will block them from chase submission. We want to avoid creating an attestation requesting the signature of an 'unknown provider'.

Selected Thumbnail on Toggle
When toggling between small and large thumbnails, your selected page will always be in view.
Thumbnail Scaling
Thumbnail will properly scale between small and large monitors.

When a user submits a document, they will be redirected to the Document Intake page. Previously it was errantly sending users to Address Assignment.
