Provider Packet Settings - Text Update
Text update from "Would you like to include a chase cover list?" to "Would you like to include a measure instruction guide?".
Provider Packet Settings – Removal of Chase Cover List Body
The Chase Cover List Body is no longer a part of our provider packets as it was causing too much provider abrasion, instead a simple 1–2-page Measure Instruction Guide will be available. Guide is based off of your Document Request lines as outlined in your project settings.
Retrieval
Provider Gateway
New Product Alert! Provider Gateway, our new secure provider upload portal. Providers simply enter their dedicated Provider Pin # and upload records - our system will do the rest. Using our document routing technology, we will automatically associate those pages to the chases at the address which contain that PIN #. If something does not match, it will routed to Document Intake.
Updated Medical Record Request Portal
Providers will access the Medical Record Request separate from the Provider Gateway Portal. Providers will have a temporary password which gives them access to the provider packet for 10 days, which can be downloaded or printed.
New Provider Email
Provider Emails now contain both the medical record request and upload links. You can still customize the subject and body of the email.
Updated Provider Statement Email
In addition to updating the Provider Email, we have also updated the Provider Statements to also contain both the medical record request and Upload Links. This email can not be customized but it can be enabled/disabled at the Service Org, or at individual addresses.
Vendor Profile
All vendors created within an organization now have a vendor profile which can be accessed by clicking on the Vendor Name in the Vendor tab under Invoices. This page contains information about the vendor as well as all of the addresses associated with this vendor. More functionalities will be added to this page in the coming months.
Customized Tables
The Address Chase table can now be customized with the following columns: Member validation reason, Pend Owner, Chase ID, First Name, Last Name, DOB, M/F, Provider Name, Project, Measure, Status, Commitment Date, Pend, Pend Status, DOS.
New Contact Types
After making a call, "Finish Call and Enter Notes" section of application has new drop down for "Select Call Type" with the following options: Record Collection Call (default), Research Call, Pend Call, Invoice Call, Additional Collection Call. On the Contact History, you can filter to each new call type.
Audio Playback
Improved the audio playback experience. Users can now ‘scrub’ through their recordings.
