De-Duplicate Document Request Lines
In an effort to minimize duplicate documentation and provider abrasion our system will review all your member chases, their measures, providers, and document requests. Then it will assess to see if there are any duplicate requests. If there are, we remove them for you. All requests for your member will now show on a single sheet.
Data Entry Submit and GetNext
After you submit all member chases, our GetNext technology will automatically pull the next set of member chases into your view. No more having to go back to My Chases to request more work!
Document Thumbnail Enhancements
Minor usability fixes to further optimize your experience.
New Timeline Event
We are now automating a chase comment anytime a user ‘marks pages as read’ from the New Pages page. We capture the User, Date, Time, and Total Pages.
New & Removed Pages
Minor enhancement. When hitting 'Refresh' on 'Removed' tab it will no longer jump to the 'New' tab
Data Load
IVA Claim Info File Updates for Benefit Year 2020
For BY 2020, we have added support for two new fields that can be included in data load for clients. The “Active” flag has been added as a new column to determine whether to include stop workflows on specific IVA chases. The informational “RAEligibleFlag” flag has also been added to provide clients a way to load this information into the Reveleer platform.
