Reveleer now has the ability to support Gap Closure projects for HEDIS prospective. This will allow our users and clients to perform outreach focused on identified gaps (non-compliant numerators) that remain open after both abstraction and overread have been completed.
GAP Project Creation
Users can create HEDIS-Gap projects by setting 'PROJECT RETRIEVAL TYPE' = Gap. Once a Gap project is saved and configured users will be exposed to a whole host of Gap settings and functionality.
Gap Outreach Cover Letter Template
Users can create a Gap specific template to be used when performing Gap Outreach.

We consolidated outreach actions within the AID chase grids and created a dedicated tab for Gap-Chases:

Data Load Improvements
In our continued effort to make the Data Load process as easily and self-sufficient as possible, we added the following improvements:
- New upload instructions
- Access to data load mapping documents
- Access to the upload summary
- Error outputs in Excel
- User friendly error reporting
Retrieval - Display Stats within the AID Details Page
Users will now see a dedicated row of chase/pursuits stats as they relate to the content of the AID in context:
- Total Chase Count:
- Total Open Chase Count:
- Total Open Gap Pursuits
Retrieval - Dedicated Outreach option for Mail
Reveleer retrieval users now have an option to send a Mail request that can count against Contact History. Users will be able to print out a provider package and send it via standard mail.
Project Settings - Helpful Info Tooltips
We added some really helpful tooltips throughout the project settings module. Each tooltip contains a great explanation of what the setting applies to and how it affects your project. Tooltips can be accessed by hovering over the circular question mark icon appearing along side a configuration.
