Data Load Redesign
We completely redesigned our data load interaction to support a self-service experience meant to be more intuitive and engaging. The page includes a robust set of instructions that walks the user through the entire upload process. Initial import validation results display in a neat and organized ‘Import Summary’ component with instant access to a detailed error report for immediate resolution. Successful imports will allow users to proceed through the final steps of the upload process resulting in a full breakdown of all data components that were loaded into the project as well as access to the resulting chase list.
BULK OUTREACH
Bulk Outreach Design Update
We updated the design of the Bulk Outreach interaction to be more flexible and informative. Users now have the option to either upload a list of chase IDs or apply a series of fax criteria (filters) to query a specific list of Chases by project, status, or pend code.

Welcome Email Design Update
We updated the layout of our Welcome email and password change notifications to use the latest brand design and styling.
Better User Assignment Prompts
In effort to minimize chase ownership conflicts, we now refresh the app to make sure unassigned chases have not been previously assigned before executing the underlying assignment request.
