REPORTING

New Reports Page
 We redesigned our reports page to include new and interactive features making it easier to navigate between reports, dashboards, and search for specific reports by name. The reports are now grouped by project types and arranged sequentially (Health, Performance, and Productivity) all aimed at improving the overall user experience.

New Risk Reports
We've added 9 new Risk reports and 2 new productivity dashboards (Retrieval and Clinical) to provide insights for our Risk clients on project progress and HCC performance. The new reports include:

• Risk project summary
• Diagnosis by HCC
• HCC summary by member
• HCC summary by provider
• HCC summary by AID
• Validation Code
• User productivity
• Risk Chase status underlying,

GENERAL

Auto Logout after 30 minutes of Inactivity
Now when users leave the Reveleer application unattended for a span of 30 minutes, it will initiate a logout sequence - with a prompt - giving users 30 seconds to re-engage the application before they are automatically logged out.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

We now have the ability to turn on MFA within each Service Organization. Once enabled, users will be prompted to enter a 6-digit authentication code that was sent to them via an email verifying they are actually the user who is requesting to log into the Reveleer application.


 

Dynamic Product Filter based on Data Load
We updated ‘Product’ filters across all our grids to dynamically display data load-specific values that were included as part of the original chase upload process.

Added Highlights to Chart Downloads
When users request a one-time download of a chart, it will now include any/all highlights that were applied within the chart viewer.  
 

Added Existing Validation to the Create New Chase Process

We now have pre-existing input value checks throughout the entire manual chase creation process. The application will prompt users anytime they enter non-unique values within the following sections/fields:

• Project > Chase Key
• Member > Client Member ID and Enrollee ID

Persisting filters and sorts:  Pends + Bulk Outreach Grids

Now anytime filters or sorts are applied to either the Pend or the Bulk Outreach grids, those filters will persistent throughout a user’s session until they are manually removed or the user logs out of the application.
