RISK DASHBOARD
To enhance our platform with new Risk related features, the product analytics team released the first version of the Risk Adjustment dashboard to provide comprehensive project’s health to our Risk clients. With the complexity that Risk adjustment entails, having an interactive and action-driven dashboard will help our clients navigate key Risk project information to understand the current project state in real-time and help drive their projects to completion.

The first version of the Risk dashboard presents comprehension information on substantiated HCCs, unsubstantiated HCCs, an overview of member diagnosis, claims and doctor encounters. The dashboard is expected to evolve with improved data metric and visualization as we gather collective feedback from our Risk clients.

GENERAL

Removed the need to login again when opening new tabs/pages using application URLs
In our continued effort to make navigating the Reveleer platform easy and efficient, we removed the need to re-login when opening up new pages or tabs from inside the application. This should allow users to optimize the opening and viewing of other modules, components, and links across windows/screens. Now clicking on a chase ID from the AID screen will open chase details without having the user enter their username and password:

RETRIEVAL

Adding Retrieval Method dropdown when performing Bulk Uploads

Previously whenever a user executed a bulk upload from within the Bulk Actions module, there was no way to indicate the original retrieval method that was used during the collection process. Regardless if an address was marked as PSR, Field Tech, or EMR, that designation would be overwritten by attributes related to bulk action/uploads. Now users will have the ability to choose the original retrieval method when bulk uploading records so that the appropriate teams and users get credit for successfully retrieving a chart.

DOC QA: Ability to remove previously associated pages prior to submission
Similarly to what users can currently do in Doc Intake, we now allow users to de-associate pages by clicking on the red ‘X’ within the Documents Section in Doc QA.

Change Address Retrieval Method from 3rd Party to non-3rd party
Previously once an AID had been set to a retrieval method of 3rd Party, we prevented users from changing it back to any of the traditional address types. Now users can change the retrieval method from 3rd party to either PSR, Field Tech, or EMR even after an invoice vendor has been confirmed.

RETRIEVAL:  DOCUMENT QA

Attaching additional Documents within Doc QA

Previously we prevented users from attaching documents from within Doc QA to either inactive chases or existing chases that had already moved beyond Medical Record Review. Now, based on a project configuration, attaching documents in both of these scenarios will result in the following updates:

  • Attaching additional documents to an active chase (beyond retrieval) will result in the creation of a child chase (pursuit).
  • Attaching additional documents to an inactive chase will actually activate the chase.

Display the reasons why a Chase was moved back from MRR within the Doc QA screen
Now when a chase is sent from Medical Record Review (MRR) back to Document QA due to invalid member validation, the reason that was selected from the dropdown will prominently display when viewing the chart in the MRQA screen:

PURSUITS

Pursuit designations: Chase Member Grid + Data Entry Compliance Grids
We expanded our pursuit and parent chase designations to appear within Data Entry compliance grids:

CREATE A NEW CHASE

CLINICAL – DATA ENTRY

Member Validation – No Selection = Coversheet States Not My Patient:  Chases will automatically be Pended
We updated our data entry member validation logic to automatically pend chases with a PC109-Memebr Nt my Patient when selecting ‘Coversheet States Not My Patient’ from the negative reason dropdown list.

INVOICE MODULE

Chart Scanning Bot automatically routing invoice documents directly to the Invoice Module

In our effort to expand the capabilities and knowledge of our chart scanning service, we are now having our automated bot route documents/pages tagged as invoices directly to the Invoice-Documents tab within our Invoice Module. This should better situate documents between retrieval and invoice collection while also increasing efficiency within Doc Intake.

Expanded the Invoice-Documents grid to include all invoice documents

Since we expanded our automated bot scanning service to send invoice documents directly to the invoice module, the invoice-documents grid will now include invoice document entries that have and have not been associated with a chase. Previously associating a chase to an invoice page was required for routing but now all invoice documents will appear in the same page/grid:

PROJECT CONFIGURATIONS

Document QA Retrieval Type Percentages
As part of our Bulk Upload classification expansion outlined above, we also updated the Document QA percentage inputs to include the following changes and additions:

  • The ‘Approval Center’ label has been changed to ‘Bulk Upload’
  • Added a percentage input for ‘Portal Uploads’
  • Added a percentage input for ‘3rd Party Uploads’

Confirmation of Authorization Letter Upload
Users will now receive a clear cut confirmation when uploading authorization letters within project configurations, as well as information related to the contents, size, and name of the file.
