Invoice Module Updates
As part of our ever-expanding invoice functionality, we released new tabs that will allow users to track, work, and reconcile invoices more effectively. Invoice information is now organized across a variety of categories:
Documents tab
Will contain both pages that are classified as invoices in Document Intake/QA as well as files uploaded directly to the invoice module.
3rd Party Vendors
Allows users to see invoice information rolled up by vendor.
Invoices
Shows individual invoice level details as well as a breakdown by chase.
Bulk Actions – Change Retrieval Type
Users can now change the retrieval type of multiple Addresses (AIDs) in bulk.
NEW RETRIEVAL FUNCTIONALITY
Download directly from Document Intake
Users will now have the ability to download a PDF version of the original chart directly from Doc Intake.
Ad-Hoc Contact Notes
Retrieval users can now add contact notes directly to the contact history page without having to make a call.
CLINICAL UPDATES
Research List: Yes|No Radio Buttons
We slightly modified our ‘in data entry screen’ research functionality to display Yes/No confirmation options as radio buttons.

We added a new set of member detail reasons/tags that can be applied during data entry.
Clinical Pend Severity Dropdown
Clinical users can now add a severity level when creating pends. These values can be used to prioritize pended chases, better allocate resources, and subsequently speedup the resolution timeline.
