1. SSRS Reports in MRCS
We made a handful of our SSRS reports accessible from within MRCS. Now both internal and client users can run reports directly from a dedicated "Reports" page from within the application.
- Click on the "Reports" menu item.
- User will end up seeing a list of reports.
- User clicks on the 3-dot action button -- clicks 'View Report'
Reports
The preliminary list of reports that we made available includes:
- Chase Status Underlying Report
- Clinical Pend Report
- Pend Report
- Retrieval Report by Chase
- Top 50 AID's with Open Chases
2. Risk Provider Packet
When printing a Provider Packet for an HCC chase, each Chase Cover Letter now includes an additional page that documents the DOS and ICD information required for this chase.
3. Pend level notes also appear in the Chase Comment Section
Any comments that are made at the pend level will now appear within the comments tab when drilling into chase details.
4. Enhancements to the Provider-Email upload request
We added the following features and functionality to the provider email request flow:
- Allow users to select entries in the grid via radio buttons.
- We are display instruction above the grid: "Please select an entry for upload"
- When a Chase is selected a draw slides out similar to the EMR and Field Tech interactions that shows which documents need to be uploaded and allows the user to upload them.
- Show a success when documents are uploading and have successfully been uploaded
- Clicking on the 3-dot action button will allow the user to indicate that the patient is not theirs.
5. Grids: New Columns/Filters
Added 'Date Assigned' column to the MRR, OR1, and OR2 grids.
This would allow users to sort and filter by assigned date so we can continue to identify/assign work that wasn't completed in a timely manner.
Added 'Last Coded By' column
As indicated by its title, this column will reflect the last person who actually coded the chart.
Allow users to filter 'Assigned to' by Unassigned
6. Display DOB column/values as part of the global search results
In effort to make global search more intuitive and robust, users will be able to see a dedicated DOB column as part of the search results when searching for chases by DOB -- DOB search input needs to be entered using the YYYY-MM-DD date convention.
7. MRQA: All Pages Reassigned
Within MRQA, when all pages within a chase are re-assigned to another chase then the original chase no longer has a chart. Now the original chase will be moved back to Collection.
8. We moved Overread compliance percentages into the HEDIS settings tab
8. Display all chases across retrieval grids (PSR, EMR, and FT)
Users working through retrieval now have a checkbox control that allows them to display all chases within an active project at a particular AID. These are chases which have been moved beyond the workflow status of 'Chart Collection' and 'Waiting for a chart.' These entries will be unselectable so they won't be included in any pend, fax, email, movement, print, or commitment date requests/interactions.
9. Improvements to Chart processing and Chart Readability
We made significant improvements to our chart processing service. Most notably we are now converting PDFs into PNG files rather than JPEG files. The results are noticeable:
