My Jobs Queue – File processing visibility
Now when users perform any actions related to file processing they will have a dedicated place to review if the job is running, when it was successfully processed, and whether or not there was an error. This can be accessed from the cloud icon appearing to the right of the notification bell and left of the username display. Clicking on the icon will display a queue of jobs and their processing status.
The entries within the queue provide information on the:
- Type of job
- The chase it pertains to
- Date and time when the job started
- Duration
The my job queues will display files that are processed from the following locations/interactions
- Chase upload across EMR, FT, PSR
- MRR, OR1, OR2, Pends: Uploading medical records
- Approval Center: Upload by Chase and Upload in Bulk
- Projects: Bulk Updates
Pursuit Creation with Approval
Now when a coder identifies deficiencies within any of the risk measures, the application will generate a pursuit-chase that will be kicked back to the PSR team for investigation. Whether or not the pursuit is generated instantly or has to go through an approval process is determined by the following configuration located in project settings -- If this configuration is toggled on all requests to create pursuit-chases will land in the newly created ‘Approve Pursuits’ tab prior to actually being generated. Managers will have to navigate to ‘Approve Pursuits’ worklist to either approve or deny the request to create a pursuit.
Risk – Diagnoses Provider Dropdown
As we continue to build out our risk data entry screen functionality, coders now have the ability to select from a dropdown of associated providers when coding individual diagnoses.
