New Features:
- New Address Detail Design - Beta Testing
- We are currently testing an updated design for the Retrieval Address Pages. This new design is a much cleaner look and feel and it better integrate the call flow into the same page. This will be released into Production in January
- Provider Email Language Customization
- The language in the Emails that are sent to Providers from within the Retrieval Modules can now be customized and branded. This can be changed from within the Admin > Organization > Provider Emails Module
- Sample Compliance Available within Chase Query
- The ability to see Sample Compliance in addition to Chase Compliance in Chase Query is now available. This new column can be added to your custom view
- OR1 & OR2 Partial Compliance
- For chases that have at least one, but not all compliant numerators you can now set a sampling rate for these in the Project Config. This will allow you to review any chase that has partial compliance during your HEDIS project.
- Updated HEDIS 2020 Validations & New HEDIS State Measures
- In preparation for HEDIS 2020 several new state measures have been added and the validations for existing measures have been updated.
Updates to existing features:
- Field Tech Prevent Double Booking
- Previously a field tech could be booked for an appointment at the same time. This logic has now been updated
