This dashboard provides a summarized view of retrieval, clinical, and pend activities. Executive and program managers can view current status of their HEDIS programs for high-level metrics and information. Drill-downs are available for further detail into specific AID or chase data.

What do the Data Items Mean?

Data ItemDescription
Open ProjectsOpen Projects is count of projects where the project end dates are in the future
Closed ProjectsClosed Projects is the count of projects where the project end date has passed
Total ProvidersTotal Providers is the distinct count of providers associated with selected projects
Project SummaryProject Summary is a table that shows high level retrieval, clinical and pend statistics
AID's To Be ContactedAID's To Be Contacted is the count of AIDs that have not been contacted yet for the selected projects
Contacted AIDsContacted AID's is the count of AID's that have been contacted for the selected projects
Partially Scheduled AID'sPartially Scheduled AID's is the count of AIDs where not all chases have been scheduled for the selected projects
Scheduled AID'sScheduled AID's is the count of AIDs where all chases have been scheduled for the selected projects
Past Due AID'sPast Due AID's is the count of AIDs where all chases have been scheduled but provider has not sent records in for the selected projects
Completed AID'sCompleted AID's is the count of AIDs where all chases have been retrieved for the selected projects
Total Active ChasesTotal Active Chases is the count of chases (excluding Chases in Dataload) within the projects selected
Chases RetrievedChases retrieved is the count of chases retrieved within the projects selected. This filters out chases with a pend status of closed. 
Chases RemainingChases Remaining is the count of chases remaining to be retrieved within the projects selected. This filters out chases with a pend status of closed. 
Chases ClosedChases Closed is the count of chases that has a pend status of closed.  
Top 10 Locations with Chases RemainingTop 10 Locations with Chases Remaining is a list of provider locations (AID's) with the highest number of Chases Remaining to be Retrieved
Chases: by StatusChase by Status is a chart with counts of chases in their respective statuses for the projects selected
Total Chases in Clinical StatusesTotal Chases in Clinical Statuses is the total count of chases that are in clinical stages: Abstraction, Overread1, and Overread2 for the projects selected 
Chases in AbstractionChases in Abstraction is the count of chases that are currently in the Clinical Status - Abstraction
Chases in OR1Chases in OR1 is the count of chases that are in the Clinical Status - Overread1
Chases in OR2Chases in OR2 is the count of chases that are in the Clinical Status - Overread2
Chases CompleteChases Complete is the amount of chases that are in the available for download and downloaded status
Total PendsTotal Pends is the amount of pends in all of the four pend statuses - New, In Progress, Closed, Resolved
New PendsNew Pends is the amount of pended chases that have been created and require a user to update them
In Progress PendsIn Progress Pends is the amount of pended chases that have been updated and are actively being resolved
Closed PendsClosed Pends is the amount of pended chases that were not able to be resolved and chases will not be retrieved
Resolved PendsResolved Pends is the amount of pended chases where the pend problem has been solved and chase collection was resumed
New & In Progress Retrieval PendsNew & In Progress Retrieval Pends is the amount of chases pended with retrieval reasons. They require action to resolve or close. Click number to drill down to detailed list
New & In Progress Clinical PendsNew & In Progress Clinical Pends is the amount of chases pended with clinical reasons. They require action to resolve or close. Click number to drill down to detailed list
Member Measure Compliance: Sample LevelMeasure Compliance: Sample is when compliance is generated by combining multiple chases
Member Measure Compliance: Chase LevelMeasure Compliance: Chase is generated when compliance comes from a single chase.
