Member Measure Compliance Report

Report Name
Member Measure Compliance Report

About This Report

This report provides insight into compliance at the chase/sample level for a member. A member may have multiple chases per measures as well, so they may have multiple lines. For instance, a member may have three CDC chases. Each chase will have its own line for chase compliance, and then there will be one line for the sample compliance for the member. This member would have four lines on the report (three chase lines and one sample line).
