Document Quality Assurance
Documents that are reviewed by the clinical team will be moved back (i.e. wrong member, multiple members, contains invoice or is not a chart) to be reviewed by the DocQA team. The Chase document will be reviewed for correction (i.e., Chart/page removed) and the Chase will either pushed through to the clinical team a second time or moved back to retrieval.
Document Quality Assurance (DocQA) is a process of verifying that a chart has all the correct documentation needed to be assigned to a specific Chase ID. Within this process, each page must be viewed for patient information. This must match the information within the Chase.Document QA may also be used as an auditing tool for ingestion methods and pull a percent of files submitted. This percentage can be set in Project Settings.
