Create New Risk Project 

Create New Risk Project – Member Centric

  1. Click Create New Project
  2. Enter Unique Project Name
  3. Select Project Owner
  4. Select Project Type: Risk
  5. Select Project Retrieval Type: Member
    1. This cannot be changed once project is created
  6. Select Line of Business
    1. Commercial
    2. Medicaid
    3. Medicare
  7. If applicable, select HCC Model 
    1. This cannot be changed once project is created
  8. Select Product Type
  9. Select Group
  10. Select Review Period From Date
  11. Select Review Period Start Date
  12. Select Project Start Date
  13. Select Project End Date
  14. To finalize, click Save and Continue
  15. To Cancel, click Cancel


 


Create New Risk Project – Chase

  1. Click Create New Project
  2. Enter Unique Project Name
  3. Select Project Owner
  4. Select Project Type: Risk
  5. Select Project Retrieval Type: Chase
    1. This cannot be changed once project is created
  6. Select Line of Business
    1. Commercial
    2. Medicaid
    3. Medicare
  7. If applicable, select HCC Model 
    1. This cannot be changed once project is created
  8. Select Product Type
  9. Select Group
  10. Select Review Period From Date
  11. Select Review Period Start Date
  12. Select Project Start Date
  13. Select Project End Date
  14. To finalize, click Save and Continue
  15. To Cancel, click Cancel
