From here you can set milestones for Retrieval and Abstraction of medical records. Milestones are based on the Project’s Start and End Date and are represented as a # of weeks into a project by which a given percentage of work should take place.

Retrieval Milestones – Add Contact Milestone

From Project > Milestones
Click Add Milestone
Enter Percent
Choose Weeks
Click Save
- You can add additional Milestones

Retrieval Milestones – Add Scheduled Milestone

From Project > Milestones
Click Add Milestone
Enter Percent
Choose Weeks
Click Save
- You can add additional Milestones

Retrieval Milestones – Add Retrieved Milestone

From Project > Milestones
Click Add Milestone
Enter Percent
Choose Weeks
Click Save
- You can add additional Milestones

Retrieval Milestones – Remove

Click “X” to the right of milestone
Click Save

Retrieval Milestones – Edit

Edit desired field(s)
Click Save

Clinical Milestones

Clinical Milestones – Add Abstracted Milestone

From Project > Milestones
Click Add Milestone
Enter Percent
Choose Weeks
Click Save

Clinical Milestones – Remove

Click “X” to the right of milestone
Click Save

Clinical Milestones – Edit

Edit desired field(s)
Click Save
