HEDIS Settings

Here is where you define your measure year and overread settings for your project.

HEDIS Settings Page Overview

  1. Measure Year: This is how you define the measurement year of your project. It cannot be edited
  2. Reporting Year: The year in which you will be reporting. It cannot be edited
  3. Auto-Close Rule: This allows you to determine if you want to auto-close Open and Pended chases once a member becomes compliant.
  4. NRC Requirements: You can show or hide NRC on the Data Entry screen. 
  5. Provider Confirmation: Allow users to update the provider on a chase
  6. Overread Feedback Tool: This is how you enable and disable the Overread Feedback tool.   
  7. Enable/disable Gap Pursuit creation: If Retrieval Type is Gap on a HEDIS project, you can disable pursuit creation. 
  8. Overread Settings: Here is where you define the percentage of Overread for each Measures’ Compliance. 
  9. Overread Bot Settings: If Bot enabled and configured, all Measure Compliances will show in yellow.  
  10. Overread 2 Settings: Here is where you define the percentage of Overread 2 for each Measures’ Compliance.

 

 


HEDIS Settings - Edit

  1. From HEDIS Settings tab
  2. Edit Desired fields with the exception of measurement year and reporting year
  3. Click Save

 

 

 

HEDIS Overread Feedback Tool - Enable/Disable

  1. Use the toggle to enable and disable this feature
    1. Green = Enabled
    2. Grey = Disabled
  2. Click Save

 

Note: 

When you disable the feature, no new charts will be sent through the Overread Feedback Tool and all charts that are currently processing will complete their cycle. 

 

HEDIS Gap Pursuit Creation - Enable/Disable

  1. Use the toggle to enable/ disable Gap Pursuit Creation
    1. Green = Enabled
    2. Grey = Disabled
  2. Click Save

 

HEDIS Settings - Configure Overread

  1. Enter the percentage of Overread for each Measures’ Compliance
  2. Click Save

 

HEDIS Settings - Configure Overread 2

  1. Enter the percentage of Overread 2 for each Measures’ Compliance
  2. Click Save
