BOT Settings

From here you can enable/disable different Bot functions in the system.

HEDIS NLP Overread

HEDIS NLP Overread Page Overview
  1. Toggle: Here is where you enable and disable the Overread Bot
  2. Total Overread: This is the total charts the bot has overread
  3. Configuration: These are your bot settings. You can configure by measure and measure compliance.
  4. All: If selected, any Chase with that measure will go through the overread bot, regardless of compliance
  5. AI Assist: If selected, the NLP results will need to be reviewed by a person. If unselected, NLP will perform full automation, which means that only no matches will need to be reviewed by a person. 

 

HEDIS NLP Overread – Enable / Disable 
  1. From your Project, access the BOT Settings tab
  2. Use the toggle to enable/ disable Overread Bot
    1. Green = Enabled
    2. Grey = Disabled

 

 

HEDIS NLP Overread – Configure Based on Measure
  1. To select entire Measure, click the checkbox in the All column
  2. Click Save

 

HEDIS NLP Overread -Configure Based on Measure Compliance 
  1. To select based on Measure Compliance, click the checkboxes in the Compliance columns
  2. Click Save

HEDIS NLP Overread – AI Assist 
  1. To enable AI Assist, click the checkboxes in the AI Assist column
  2. Click Save

 

HEDIS NLP Overread – Full Automation 
  1. To enable Full Automation, deselect the checkboxes in the AI Assist column
  2. Click Save

 

 

Note: 

When you disable the feature, no new charts will be sent to the bot and all charts that are currently processing will complete their cycle. 

 


 

 

RISK NLP First Pass Coding 

Risk NLP First Pass Coding – Enable
  1. Use the toggle to enable. Green means Active. 
  2. When prompted, confirm that you want the chart to be automatically coded by a bot
  3. To finalize, click Continue
  4. To cancel, click Cancel

 

 

 

 

Risk NLP First Pass Coding - Disable
  1. Use the toggle to disable feature. Grey means Inactive.
  2. When prompted, confirm that you do not want charts to be automatically coded by a bot
  3. To finalize, click Continue
  4. To Cancel, click Cancel

 

 

Note: 

When you disable the feature, no new charts will be sent to the bot and all charts that are currently processing will complete their cycle. 

 

User Permissions
 User Permissions: Administrator 

 

IVA NLP First Pass Coding 

IVA NLP First Pass Coding – Enable
  1. Use the toggle to enable. Green means Active. 
  2. When prompted, confirm that you want the chart to be automatically coded by a bot
  3. To finalize, click Continue
  4. To cancel, click Cancel

 

 

 


 

IVA NLP First Pass Coding - Disable
  1. Use the toggle to disable feature. Grey means Inactive.
  2. When prompted, confirm that you do not want charts to be automatically coded by a bot
  3. To finalize, click Continue
  4. To Cancel, click Cancel
