New & Removed Pages

New & Removed Pages are permissions based. Document Management is restricted to Admin, Clinical Lead, MRR Manager, Overread Manager, and Client Overread Manager. Employees will be able to see New pages that have been added to a member file. 

 

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Access New Pages

  1. From Clinical, click New & Removed Pages 

 

Add New Pages to Member File

  1. Using the checkbox (or 3-dot action button), select one or many chases 
  2. Select Add Pages to Member File for Review 
  3. Click Go
    1. Chase will be removed from New Pages table
    2. All Chases for that member will go to MRR
    3. Abstractor will see a ‘new pages’ badge on their My Chases table
  4. Abstractor will see a ‘new’ badge on all new document thumbnails



Mark Pages as “Read”

  1. Using the checkbox (or 3-dot action button), select one or many chases 
  2. Select Mark Pages as “Read”
  3. Click Go
    •  Chase will be removed from New Pages table
    • Abstractor will not need to perform MRR
    • Abstractor will see not see a ‘new pages’ badge on their My Chases table
  4. Abstractor will not see a ‘new’ badge on document thumbnails



Access Removed Pages

  1. From Clinical, click New & Removed Pages 
  2. Click Removed tab

Send Chase with Removed Pages back to Data Entry

  1. Using the checkbox (or 3-dot action button), select one or many chases 
  2. Select Move Chases Back to Data Entry
  3. Click Go
    •  Chase will be removed from Removed Pages table
    • All Chases for that member will go to MRR
    • Abstractor will see a ‘new pages’ badge on their My Chases table
  4. Abstractor will see a ‘new’ badge on all new document thumbnails

Verify Removed Pages

  1. Using the checkbox (or 3-dot action button), select one or many chases 
  2. Select Verify Removed Pages 
  3. Click Go
  4. Chase will be removed from Removed Pages table
  5. Abstractor will not need to perform MRR
