Overread Page Overview

Here you can view all Chases that are ready for Overread.

Overread Page Overview

  1. Stat Filters: These stats represent the Total Chases that are Assigned and Unassigned for Overread as well as any Overread Feedback.
  2. Table: These are the Chases that are ready for Overread. The Overread table contains the following information: Chase ID, Chase Key, Measure, Client, Project, Product, Member Key, First Name, Last Name, DOB, Address ID, AID Group, Provider, Assigned to, Status, Pages, Pend Code, Pend Status, Last Coded by Date Assigned, and Sample Compliance. All fields can be filtered. Information can be exported.
  3. Access a Chase: To access a Chase, click the Chase ID located in the first column of the table
  4. Custom View: Create a custom table view. Enable/disabled the fields that matter most to you.

  

Assign - Single Chase

  1. Locate Chase ID on the table
  2. Click the 3-dot action button to the right of the table
  3. Select Assign Chase(s)
  4. Select User
  5. To finalize, click Continue
  6. To cancel, click Cancel



Assign - Multiple Chases

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or more Addresses 
  2. Click Assign Chase(s)
  3. Select User
  4. To finalize, click Continue
  5. To cancel, click Cancel



Unassign - Single Chase

  1. Locate Chase ID on the table
  2. Click the 3-dot action button to the right of the table
  3. Select Unassign Chase(s)

 

Unassign - Multiple Chases

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or more Addresses 
  2. Click Unassign Chase(s)


Create Pend - Single Chase

  1. Locate Chase ID on the table
  2. Click the 3-dot action button to the right of the table
  3. Select Pend Chase(s)
  4. Select Pend Code
  5. Select Pend Code Owner (who is responsible to resolve)
  6. Select Severity
  7. Optionally, enter Additional Notes 
  8. To finalize, click Save
  9. To cancel, click Cancel



Create Pend - Multiple Chases

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or more Chases
  2. Click Pend Chase(s)
  3. Select Pend Code
  4. Select Pend Code Owner (who is responsible to resolve)
  5. Select Severity
  6. Optionally, enter Additional Notes 
  7. To finalize, click Save
  8. To cancel, click Cancel



Download Chart

  1. Locate Chase ID on the table
  2. Click the 3-dot action button to the right of the table
  3. Select Download Chart
  4. You download request will process under Jobs, located at the top of the screen
  5. Click the Chase ID to finalize download


  

Copy Chart

  1. Locate Chase ID on the table
  2. Click the 3-dot action button to the right of the table
  3. Select Copy Chart
  4. Using the checkboxes, select 1 or many Chases to copy
  5. To finalize, click Copy Chart
  6. To cancel, click Cancel
