Project Archive FAQ

What is in an Archived Project

An archived project is an inactive project that has not had any activity for an extended period time. It will display archived chases and each chase will display chase information, project information, member details, the medical record, and the data entry. All information is read-only.

What is an Archived Chase?

An archived chase is a read-only chase view that allows users to see the final document and data entry that were submitted for that chase.

What are the benefits of Archiving?

The biggest benefit is the performance boost you’re going to get! Another benefit is that you will now have direct access to all your data. Prior to this change, Inactive projects had to be ‘Activated in order to review, now that extra step is not needed.
