Here you can view all Addresses with Retrieval Type Call Center Rep.

Call Center Rep Page Overview

  1. Stats: The stats act as quick filter for the table. Click any stat to see what Addresses need to be contacted, have already been contacted, are partially scheduled, Scheduled, or Past due. You can also see total Sites as well as how many are flagged as Special Handling.
  2. Table: These are Addresses that have Retrieval Type Call Center Rep. The Call Center Rep Address table contains the following information: Address ID (AID), Group Name, Provider Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number, Fax, Project(s), Address Group(s), Next Appointment Date, Next Call Date, Total Chases, Pends, Retrieval Type, Assigned To, Address Contact Status. All fields can be filtered. Information can be exported.
  3. Access Address: To access an address, click the AID number located in the first column of the table
  4. Special Handling: Addresses marked as Special Handling 
  5. Create New View: Create a custom view of your table. Select which columns you want to show or hide. 

 

Assign Single Address

  1. Locate Address ID (AID) on the table
  2. Click the 3-dot action button to the right of the table
  3. Select Assign Address
  4. Select User
  5. To finalize, click Assign
  6. To cancel, click Cancel


Assign Multiple Address

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or more Addresses 
  2. Click Assign Address
  3. Select User
  4. To finalize, click Assign
  5. To cancel, click Cancel
