Retrieval Pends

Here is where you can manage all Retrieval Pends. See Pend Dictionary for definitions.

Retrieval Pends Page Overview

  1. Stats: These are general stats around Retrieval Pends. Total New, in progress, total owned by Reveleer, and total owned by the client. 
  2. These are the Chases that have been Pended. It is a historical view containing pends in statuses: New, In Progress, Resolved or Closed. The Retrieval Pends table contains the following information: Pend ID, Pend Code, Pend Description, Measure, Owner, Assigned To, Pend Status, Chase ID, AID, AID Group, Invoice Company, Invoice Amount, Product, Address Group, City, State, Project, Creation Date, Last Updated, and Sample Compliance. Exported tables will reflect the current state of any filters in use.
  3. Access Pend InfoClick the Pend ID located in the first table column
  4. Create New View: Create a custom view of your table. Select which columns you want to show or hide.

 

 

Pend Details Page Overview

  1. Pend Info Tab: Here is where you can view details about the Pend, Member, Provider, and Address
  2. Comments tab: Here you can see all comments related to the Pend.
  3. Attempt History tab: Here you can see all contact attempts made against the AID where the chase resides. 
  4. Documents: Here you can see all documents that have been uploaded to the Pend. You can also upload documents. 
  5. Timeline: Here you can see a summary of the history of the Pend.
  6. Update Pend: Here is where you can update the Pend: Owner, Assigned to, Status, Reason, and add notes

 

Pend Info Tab Overview

  1. Chase Pend info: This is key information about this chase. Here you can locate: Address ID, Assigned To, Chase ID, DOB, Measure ID, Member ID, Member First Name, Member Last Name, Pend Owner, Pend ID, Pend Code, Severity, Project, Status, Chase Key, Provider, Provider Phone Number, Provider Fax Number, Group Name, Address Grouping, Address, City, and State
  2. Document Requests: Here you can see all documents that have been uploaded to the pend. You can also upload documents.
  3. Latest Comment: This displays the latest comment regarding this pend, who left the comment, when and what time. 
  4. Pend Timeline: This is a brief history of this Pend. It is organized by date, newest to oldest. All timeline entries include the Action taken, User, Date, Time. Click See All for full history, or click Timeline tab
  5. Update Pend: Here is where you can update the pends: Owner, Assigned to, Status, Reason, or add notes
  6. Print Provider Packet: Here is where you can download a printable provider packet
  7. Upload Medical Record: Here is where you can add a new medical record to a chase

 

Leave Comment

  1. From Comments tab
  2. Enter comment
  3. Click Send Message

 

Pend Resolution

Pend Resolution Via Retrieval Pend Table –Chase

  1. Locate Chase ID on the table
  2. Click the 3-dot action button to the right of the table
  3. Select Change Status
  4. Select New Status: Resolved
  5. Write notes about Pend 
  6. To finalize, click Update Status
  7. To cancel, click Cancel



 


 

 

Pend Resolution Via Retrieval Pend Table – Multiple Chases

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or many Chases
  2. Select Change Status
  3. Select New Status: Resolved
  4. Write notes about Pend 
  5. To finalize, click Update Status
  6. To cancel, click Cancel



Pend Resolution Via Pend Info Tab

  1. Click the Pend ID located in the first table column
  2. Click Update Pend
  3. Select StatusResolved
  4. To finalize, click Update Pend
  5. To cancel, click Cancel





 

Change Owner & Assign

Change Owner & Assign

  1. Locate Chase ID on the table
  2. Click the 3-dot action button to the right of the table
  3. Select Change Owner & Assign
  4. When prompted, select New Owner
  5. Select User (Not Required)
  6. Enter Notes
  7. To finalize, click Finish
  8. To cancel, click Cancel



 

Change Pend Owner & Assign Via Retrieval Pend Table – Multiple Chases

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or many Chases
  2. Select Change Owner & Assign
  3. When prompted, select New Owner
  4. Select User (Not Required)
  5. Enter Notes
  6. To finalize, click Finish
  7. To cancel, click Cancel

  1. Click the Pend ID located in the first table column
  2. Click Update Pend
  3. Select Owner
  4. Select User (Not Required)
  5. Select Status
  6. Enter Notes
  7. To finalize, click Update Pend
  8. To cancel, click Cancel

Administrator

Lead: Client Lead, Retrieval Lead

Manager: 3rd Party Manager, Call Center Rep Manager, Document Intake Manager, Document QA Manager, EMR Manager, Field Technician Manager

Employee: 3rd Party Retrieval Employee, Call Center Rep Employee, Document Intake Employee, Document QA Employee, EMR Employee, Field Technician Employee
