Clinical and Retrieval Employee - Pends

This page displays all pend chases assigned to you.


TABLE OF CONTENTS

 

My Pends Overview

  1. All Pends assigned to you under My Work > Pends. From here you can access the Pend Details, Update and Resolve Pends
  2. Pend ID: Access Pend details
  3. Custom View: Create your own unique table view
  4. Filters: Projects, Pend Codes, Pend ID, Measures, Pend Status, AID, Chase ID, Owner, Invoice Company, Product, Address, and Sample Compliance 

 

 

Pend Resolution

Pend Resolution – Single Chase

  1. Locate Chase ID on the table
  2. Click the 3-dot action button to the right of the table
  3. Select Change Status
  4. Select New Status: Resolved
  5. Write notes about Pend 
  6. To finalize, click Update Status
  7. To cancel, click Cancel

 


 

 

Pend Resolution – Multiple Chases

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or many Chases
  2. Select Change Status
  3. Select New Status: Resolved
  4. Write notes about Pend 
  5. To finalize, click Update Status
  6. To cancel, click Cancel
