Chase Tab

Chase Tab Overview

  1. From the chases tab you can perform outreach, create and update pends, move a chase, set a commitment date, print a provider packet, export, and upload a medical record.

Chase Actions - Outreach

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or more chases
  2. Click Outreach
  3. Select Communication Type
  4. Select Cover Letter
  5. To finalize, click Confirm
  6. To cancel, click Cancel

 




Chase Actions – Pend

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or more chases
  2. Click Pend Chase(s)
  3. Select Pend Code
  4. If applicable, select Status
  5. Select Owner
  6. If applicable, select Pend Code Reason 
  7. Write additional notes
  8. To finalize, click Save
  9. To cancel, click Cancel

 




Chase Actions - Move

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or more chases
  2. Click Move Chase(s)
  3. Enter search criteria to locate address
  4. Click Find Address
  5. From the results table, click radio button of desired address
  6. Optionally select option to inherit assignment from the destination Address
  7. To Finalize, click Use This Address
  8. To Cancel, click Cancel

 





Chase Actions – Set Commit Date 

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or more chases
  2. Click Commitment Date
  3. Select Date
  4. To finalize, click Submit
  5. To Cancel, Click Cancel

 





Chase Actions – Clear Commit Date

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or more chases
  2. Click Commitment Date 
  3. Click Clear Date
  4. To finalize, click Submit
  5. To Cancel, Click Cancel

 




 

Chase Actions – Print

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or more chases
  2. Click Print
  3. Select cover letter template
  4. To finalize, click Submit
  5. To cancel, click Submit
  6. A PDF will automatically download. Do not refresh the page. 

 




Chase Actions – Upload Medical Record

  1. Click Upload
  2. Select a Chase
  3. Optionally, select Yes to indicate which documents to include with the record being uploaded 
  4. Click Upload
  5. Select local file 
  6. To finalize, click Submit 
  7. To cancel, click Cancel

 

 





Chase Actions – See All Chases at Address

  1. Using the checkbox, click Show All Chases
  2. The table will show you all chases associated to that address regardless of status. All non-open chases will appear “greyed out”. Information can be exported

 

Chase Actions – Hide Pended Chases at Address

  1. Using the checkbox, click Hide Open Pends
  2. The table will hide all open pended chases associated to that address 

 

3rd Party Chase Actions – Add Request Date

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or more chases
  2. Click Request Date
  3. Select Request Date from calendar 
  4. To finalize, click Submit
  5. To cancel, click Cancel

 




 

3rd Party Chase Actions – Add Due Date

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or more chases
  2. Click Due Date
  3. Select Due Date from calendar 
  4. To finalize, click Submit
  5. To cancel, click Cancel

 




 

3rd Party Chase Actions – Edit Due Date

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or more chases
  2. Click Due Date
  3. Select new Due Date from calendar 
  4. To finalize, click Submit
  5. To cancel, click Cancel

 





3rd Party Chase Actions – Remove Due Date

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or more chases
  2. Click Due Date
  3. Click Clear Date
  4. To finalize, click Submit
  5. To cancel, click Cancel

 




 

 

Note: 

If no Due Date has been set, chases will automatically become Past Due after 30 days from the Request Date.
