Provider Email Tab - Enable/Disable Weekly Email Statements

  1. From Admin > Service Organization, locate the Provider Email tab
  2. Use the toggle to enable/disable feature
    1. Green means Enabled
    2. Grey means Disabled
  3. Click Save

 

Provider Email Tab - Preview Weekly Email Statements

  1. From Admin > Service Organization, locate the Provider Email tab
  2. Click “Preview Sample”

Provider Email Tab – Email Content

  1. Enter/Edit Subject 
  2. Enter Body text 
  3. Click Save 

 

  

Note: 

Provider Statements are sent Monday's at 10pm PST. They will be emailed or faxed depending on the Sites preferred outreach method. Provider Statements cannot be customized, they are auto generated.
