Document Tags

Add New Tag

  1. Below Chart tab, click the “+” icon
  2. In the field, begin typing desired tag 
  3. Hit enter on your keyboard and tag defaults to grey
  4. Click Create New Tag 
  5. Select custom tag color
  6. Tag will display


 


 

 

 

Add Existing tag

  1. Below Chart tab, click the “+” icon
  2. In the field, begin typing desired tag 
  3. When a tag matches your search, click tag
  4. Tag will display



Remove Tag

  1. Click on the tag you want to remove
  2. Click the “x” to finalize removal


 

Note: 

Document Tag Add and Remove permissions are based on Service Organization settings. Contact Administrator for Tag Permissions.
