Pursuits Page Overview

Types of Pursuits: Document Request, Attestation, DOB, DOB/GEN, Gap, GEN, Pursuit
Table: These are the Pursuit requests that require review. The Pursuits table contains the following information: Request ID, Original Chase ID, Pursuit Type, Project, Measure, AID, Pursuit Requested By, Date Requested, Status. All fields can be filtered. Information can be exported.
Access Original Chase: From the table, click the Original Chase ID
Create New View: Create a custom view of your table. Select which columns you want to show or hide.

Approve - Single Pursuit

From the table, click the 3-dot icon
Select Approve

Approve - Multiple Pursuits

From the table, select 1 or many chases
Click Approve

Deny - Single Pursuit

From the table, click the 3-dot icon
Select Deny

Deny - Multiple Pursuits

From the table, select 1 or many chases
Click Deny

User Permissions
Administrator

Lead: Client Lead, Clinical Lead, Retrieval Lead

Manager: 3rd Party Manager, Call Center Rep Manager, Document Intake Manager, Document QA Manager, EMR Manager, Field Technician Manager, Medical Record Review Manager, Overread Manager, Client Overread Manager, Project Manager
