Audit Query

All queries will search for Compliant (C/MR), Exclusion (E/MR) and Non-Complaint/Contra chases.

Audit Query Page Overview

  1. Audit Query tab: This is where you can create your audit package  
  2. Chases tab: This is where you define the pages to include in the audit package
  3. Query: Select options from dropdown and click apply to run query
  4. Chases table: These are your query results. The Query will only result in chases that have passed medical record abstraction and are C/MR.
    1. If the chase becomes non-compliant during overread, it will be removed from the Audit Query Grid.
  5. Indicate whether that chase is Audit Ready. 
    1. If set to Yes: Chase can be selected for the Audit Package.
    2. If set to No, or Blank: Chase cannot be selected for the Audit Package. 
  6. Once, the Audit Ready field is set, the User column will display your First Name Last Name
  7. Package Builder: Click Edit or Select to add pages to Audit Package
    1. Audit Package Table: These are your selected pages for the audit package
  8. Package Creation: Click here to create the package

Run an Audit Query

  1. Select a project
  2. Optionally, select Measure
  3. Optionally, select Gap (numerator)
  4. Optionally, select Compliance
  5. To finalize, click Apply
  6. To reset query, click Reset
  7. Results are listed by Chase ID 
  8. To locate specific Member(s) or Chase(s) after you apply your Audit Query, click the Filter icon

Create a Package

  1. Select a project
  2. Select Measure
  3. Select Gap (numerator)
  4. Select Compliance
  5. To finalize, click Apply
  6. Results are listed by Chase ID
  7. If chase is marked as Audit Ready = Yes, click Select under the Actions column
  8. The chart will load, click plus sign to add page ranges
  9. Enter Start and End Page
    1. Click the plus sign to add additional page ranges 
  10. Click the X sign to remove a page range
  11. Repeat steps until you are ready to create package 
  12. Optionally, Include an image of the Header and Data Entry Screens
  13. To finalize, click Save Selection
    1. Page will automatically return to Audit Query after processing
  14. Click Create Package
  15. Enter a Package Name
  16. To finalize, click Generate Package
  17. To cancel, click the Cancel

Note: 

You will be notified in Jobs when your package is available for download under Audit Packages

 

  

Edit an Audit Package - Edit Pages

  1. From the Audit Query table, locate the chase ID and click Edit
  2. The chart will load
  3. Click the plus sign to add additional page ranges 
  4. Click the X sign to remove a page range
  5. Click the checkbox to include or remove data entry screens from package
  6. To finalize, click Save Selection

Edit an Audit Package - Delete Pages

  1. From the Audit Package table, click the X icon located to the right
