Provider Calls

Provider Outreach - Call Connected

  1. Click Call to expand call panel
  2. Click Start Call
  3. When prompted, Click Yes Continue
  4. Validate Address 
  5. Click Finished Validating
  6. Validate Providers and/or Members 
  7. Click Finished Validating
  8. Select Call Type
  9. Select a Call Note 
  10. Add additional notes
  11. Write who you spoke to
  12. Select Next call date and time
  13. Select a commitment date from provider
  14. To finalize, click Submit Call Notes

 


 

Provider Outreach - Call Did Not Connect

  1. Click Call to expand call panel
  2. Click Start Call
  3. When prompted, if call does not connect, click No
  4. Select Call Type
  5. Select a reason you were unable to complete the call
  6. Select next call Date and Time
  7. Click Submit Call Notes

 

Note: A record of outreach performed can be found under the Contact History tab
